Mark is the founding Partner of MBS Partnership and is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager with extensive and wide-ranging experience gained over 25 years in the construction and real estate industry, spanning across the UK and Middle East for a number of leading consultancy practices.

Mark holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from South Bank University and is actively involved with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) having previously served a 4-year term on the RICS Board in Qatar. One of his recent high-profile projects saw him seconded to the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy – providing strategic consultancy (design and operational readiness) advice across all stadiums and venues for the 2022 Qatar FIFA World Cup.

His strengths are in Employers Agent, Project Management and Building Surveying services, and in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and design teams.

Mark has an active life outside of work with his 3 children and regularly enjoys outdoor sports such a paddleboarding, open water swimming and hiking.

Chris is our commercial Partner with over eighteen years’ experience across various industries and a proven track record of successful delivery. Chris has exceptional numerical; analytical; and IT skills, and as a result in his previous role in BAE Systems always worked on business-critical high value multi-billion-pound projects and proposals maximising shareholder value. Chris has a proven track record of always delivering within challenging timescales to a high quality and in 2017 won the BAES Systems inaugural Commercial Person of the Year.

Chris has experience working with various customers across the world including over 6 years in the middle east and over 5 years in Japan where he learnt to speak Japanese.

Most recently Chris within his role at MBS partnership has developed and lead financial appraisals for BTR residential and student schemes, hotel projects and commercial projects.

Chris’s passion outside work is travelling, he has almost visited 100 countries, learning about different cultures and challenging himself with new adventures.

Kate is an enthusiastic and versatile member of the MBS team. Kate’s key role is the day-to-day management of all Finance aspects of the business, including Invoicing; Sales, Purchase and General Ledger management; and assisting with month-end and year-end Corporate Reporting.

In her spare time, Kate enjoys travelling, going to music concerts and sporting events. Kate is an avid reader, enjoys exercising and spending time with her husband and children.

Lauren recently joined MBS bringing with her extensive experience in customer service and administration, she is involved in the day to day running of the office and is the first point of contact for the business.
