ManchesterLocated on a site next to St George’s Church close to Mancunian Way, the project would see the construction of a 23-storey tower and a 10-storey block creating 355 BTR apartments designed by Simpson Haugh Architect. MBS Partnership were appointed as Employers Agent to prepare and submit a s96a planning application.
Baring St (Mayfield)
Manchester – OfficeThe site is located within the boundary of the Mayfield Strategic Regeneration Framework (SRF), having received planning consent in 2022 to provide new high quality office development providing approximately 155,000 sq. ft floor space. MBS Partnership were appointed.
Deeside WTE
AD/MRF FacilityAppointed as Employers Agent on behalf of the client Deeside WTE (JV between Logik Developments and EQtec Plc). Flintshire County Council’s planning committee granted planning permission for the proposed 9.9MWe plant to enable a complete and local waste-to energy solution, combining a 182,000-tonne waste reception plant along with anaerobic digestion (AD) and EQTEC advanced gasification technology
DOT Building
Ellesmere Street, ManchesterMBS Partnership received client instruction to carry out a full condition survey of the dilapidated DOT Motorcycle Factory which traces its history back to 1903 and is located on Ellesmere Street between St. George’s Church and the Box Works apartment complex.
Curedale Masterplan
Employment LandActing on behalf of Logik Strategic Land in promoting the 27ha site’s release from Green Belt and subsequent allocation for industrial, commercial and associated uses in the Local Plan Strategy.
Southport WTE
AD/MRF FacilityActing as Employers Agent on behalf of our client Shankley Biogas, we successfully submitted a planning application to convert more than three acres into an anaerobic digestion facility capable of processing 80 kilo tons of organic waste per year. The nearly 45,000 sq. ft facility would include the required digestion tanks as well as an administration and control room building, car parking and transformer and switchroom buildings.

Hydrogen Feasibility StudyThis RIBA Stage 2 Feasibility Report was commissioned by Logik WTE Ltd to enable the opportunity for an electrolytic hydrogen production facility to be developed in conjunction with the ongoing Waste / Energy developments at the Weighbridge Road site.
